2. Service Description

waorders provides a platform for managing business conversations via WhatsApp, including:

AI chatbot for responding to customers
Integration with e-commerce platforms
Order and inventory management
Sales analytics and reports

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Information provided must be accurate and up to date
You must be at least 18 years old
Sharing your account with others is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

Any illegal or fraudulent activity
Sending spam or unsolicited messages
Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
Selling prohibited or non-compliant products
Tampering with or attempting to hack the system

5. Payment & Billing

Prices are in Saudi Riyals and do not include VAT
Payment is made in advance for monthly and annual subscriptions
Auto-renewal unless cancelled before the period ends
No refunds for used periods

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the waorders platform are reserved. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform without prior written permission is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from use of the service.

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Riyadh.
